Assistant Store Manager

Provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. Assist the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and direct the activities of all team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
