As a Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will be the primary point of contact with customers, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining company quality standards and complying with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
