Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers, accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on products and services, and maintaining company quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
