Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at PLS responsible for providing leadership, customer service, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the shift supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of all team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
