Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor will assist the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
