Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership to our store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting operating objectives and financial goals. The Shift Supervisor will assist the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in their absence.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
