We are looking for an experienced People Ops Partner to support multiple teams at Plum, ensuring a smooth and meaningful people experience at every stage. You'll act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, balancing employee advocacy with business needs.
Requirements
- At least two years of proven experience in a People Partner, People Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment policies and practices.
- Familiarity with the local employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage sensitive conversations.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS (HiBob experience is a plus).
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
