Director, Hands-on Content

The Director, Hands-on Content will set the vision and operational strategy for producing and scaling high-quality hands-on experiences for the Pluralsight platform. The role involves leading a team of individual contributors, driving alignment across Content, Product, and Engineering, and balancing innovative new ways to deliver hands-on experience with quality and throughput.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical content creation, content production, or learning experience delivery.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading senior ICs and/or managers.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical practitioner (ex: software engineer, systems administrator, cloud engineer, DevOps practitioner, security engineer, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of hands-on content creation processes and standards, including a strong working knowledge of the technical underpinnings of hands-on platforms and tooling.
