Job Description
plusYOU advises, mediates, and supports experts in IT, Legal, and HR, offering holistic, individual, and long-term career guidance. As a Senior Recruiter / Personal Career Advisor, you'll develop recruiting strategies, manage the application process, actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and build sustainable relationships with candidates and clients. You'll also contribute to team development and stay current with recruiting trends.
Requirements
- Degree in business, humanities, social sciences, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in personnel consulting
