Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor responsible for prioritizing, directing and overseeing the line maintenance mechanics in providing operational uptime of all production processes, packaging and support equipment on a day-to-day basis at the Riverside facility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in plant maintenance / engineering leadership role
• Experience leading and driving change and utilizing lean tools
• Experience with implementing and coordinating a TPM program (CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Computer competent in Microsoft Office Software such as Excel and Word
