General Manager Science

We are seeking a General Manager Science to join our International Headquarters in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field with a genuine passion for advancing the science of nutritional supplementation.

Requirements

• PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field
• Solid medical or clinical foundation with a proven track record in nutritional science
• Strong experience in product innovation, formulation, and development, supported by market research of new nutritional products
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse scientific teams or R&D departments
• Passion for and genuine belief in the value of nutritional supplementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments
• Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of German and French is a strong asset
