Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join our team at PM2CM. As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects through effective cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, cost analysis, or related financial roles within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of cost management principles, earned value management, and project scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
