Project Controls Specialist - Cost Analyst

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist - Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for forecasting and budget management, change management and risk assessment, analysis and reporting, controls and process, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in project/program controls on construction programs (cost control emphasis)
• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of cost & schedule control principles (EVM, forecasting, change management, risk assessment)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Proliance, Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP/cost systems preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
