Affiliate Marketing Lead

We are PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage affiliate marketing programs across a portfolio of clients. The role involves leading the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of affiliate programs, planning and launching affiliate campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and building and growing high-impact partner ecosystems.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital media
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and ecosystems
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into optimization strategies
• Experience recruiting, vetting, and scaling partnerships
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex performance insights
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams
