Job Description
Customer Service Representative position at PMP, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Customer Care Champion. Responsible for taking inbound customer service calls and navigating various systems to provide real, effective solutions and deliver extraordinary customer care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
