The position involves drafting, reviewing, and adjusting claims, negotiating with third parties, and ensuring legal compliance. It's a full-time, temporary contract role requiring strong legal and negotiating skills.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or related university studies.
• Very good negotiation, assertiveness, communication, and perseverance skills.
• Fluent German and English skills (High proficiency)
• Good legal knowledge in enforceability, guarantees and contract drafting.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management.
• Intercultural competence and willingness to undertake business trips.
• Strong ability to grasp complex matters and solve them objectively.
