HR Business Partner Associate

As a HR Business Partner Associate within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, and support Retail non customer facing LOBs.

Requirements

• Works independently with minimal direction—able to ‘run on their own,’ prioritize effectively, and keep projects, tasks, and stakeholders organized and on track.
• Serves as a reliable point of contact for leaders, coordinating updates, tracking follow‐through, and ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
• Leverages critical thinking skills to investigate issues, analyze workforce data, troubleshoot challenges, create solutions and proactively identify needed actions.
