Requirements
- Works independently with minimal directionâable to ârun on their own,â prioritize effectively, and keep projects, tasks, and stakeholders organized and on track.
- Serves as a reliable point of contact for leaders, coordinating updates, tracking followâthrough, and ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
- Leverages critical thinking skills to investigate issues, analyze workforce data, troubleshoot challenges, create solutions and proactively identify needed actions.
