Program Manager III- C&IB Technology

As a Program Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX. This role will act as a program leader and coach helping shape executive narratives, and deliver high-impact communications for senior leadership and board-level audiences.

Requirements

• Support end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-workstream strategic technology programs.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with enterprise goals, timelines, budgets, and expected business outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, board materials, and strategic briefings.
• Translate complex program data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for CIOs and board members.
• Drive consistency and rigor in program reporting across initiatives.
• Oversee budget forecasting, financial tracking, and resource strategy across large-scale programs.
• Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
• Champion and enhance Agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across large programs and portfolios.
