We are seeking a sharp, capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Co-Founder of an AI company in Santa Monica, CA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or founder
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Background in investment firms or high-performance business environments is a plus
- Experience in high-volume scheduling environments is highly valued
- Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
