Requirements
- Leads and manages the strategic and tactical elements of the full lifecycle of large engagements and drives decision-making throughout the process to move the work forward
- Develops and manages complex program/project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, etc.
- Supports all phases of an engagement; operates effectively with senior leaders at our clients and within the firm
- Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet the firm's quality standards and client requirements
- Manages project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized
- Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward
- Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and recommends key decisions for programs
- Leading process discovery and operational assessments to identify opportunities for automation, AI, and workflow redesign
- Designing future-state operating models that combine process redesign, automation technologies, and AI capabilities
- Translate business requirements into automation and AI solution designs, partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Acting as a product owner or solution lead, defining requirements, user stories, and implementation priorities
- Ensuring AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes
- Facilitating client workshops and working sessions that drive alignment on solution design, governance, and adoption strategies
- Develop business cases and value assessments to prioritize automation and AI opportunities
- Fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and high performance
- Assembles and effectively leads program teams by leveraging individual strengths and abilities
- Facilitates team progress in choosing pragmatic solutions and making effective business decisions
- Contributes to firm-wide operational initiatives to improve delivery methodologies and/or offerings
- Continuously grows depth of personal expertise in Service Line capability and/or industry practices
- Contributes to development of other intellectual capital initiatives
