As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead two engineering teams focused on AI-driven workflow optimization and automation. You'll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable automation solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management, leading multiple teams
- Experience scaling engineering teams and driving high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Operations
- Deep technical acumen with expertise in backend systems, AI/ML applications, or workflow orchestration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent industry experience
