Job Description
Point is seeking a motivated Senior Manager to lead their Manila Production teams within Home Equity Investments (HEI). This role focuses on structuring operations, driving performance, and building a strong leadership layer, with a strong emphasis on scalability and innovation. The role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader and involves extensive stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. It's a hybrid role based in Manila, Philippines, requiring at least one day a week in the office.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in BPO, fintech, or financial services.
- Background in U.S. mortgage, lending, or financial technology preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Proven experience in managing production/operations, with direct responsibility for meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong background in managing CX in an origination/production context.
