Requirements
- Equivalent of a U.S. 4-year bachelor's degree program.
- Jamf certified with 6+ years of hands-on Jamf Pro experience.
- 6+ years of IT Systems Engineering experience focused on the Apple ecosystem.
- 8+ years of IT support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Expertise in macOS device management, Jamf Pro administration, OS/software patching, and Chrome profile management.
- Experience administering Google Workspace, including user management, security configuration, and third-party integrations.
- Strong IT automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent), with experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered productivity tools.
- Experience managing SaaS platforms, role-based access controls, and security policy enforcement, including CIS compliance standards.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, systems knowledge, and experience managing IT support requests through Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms.
