Technical Engineering Lead

This is a 100% remote position for a Technical Engineering Lead on the Growth team, leading frontend development and user experience for customer-facing conversion and engagement surfaces.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on frontend development
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React (or equivalent modern framework), and modern CSS/styling approaches
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Proficiency with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
• Proven track record of leading small-to-medium teams to deliver high-quality, customer-facing web applications
• Clear communicator comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences
