CAE, Supervisor

The CAE Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of multi-disciplinary CAE engineers to deliver virtual prototypes in a timely fashion to drive the design of future vehicle programs. The position involves technical leadership, team management, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in engineering, including 3+ years in team management
• Knowledge of vehicle systems design, development, and analysis processes and tools
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, MS/ME/M.Tech or PhD preferred
• Strong background in numerical methods and theory
• CAE software diversity is a plus
• Ability to work in diverse and co-located teams/technology partners (domestic and international)
• Highly developed problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
• Experience in the attributes of durability, aero-thermal, NVH, performance, safety, and or vehicle dynamics
