Job Description
As a Lead Engineer - CAE at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will take on the pivotal role of enhancing the performance and quality of our vehicle dynamics, leveraging HiL or SiL methodologies and software tools such as ADAMS/Car, Nastran, and Modefrontier.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Automotive Vehicle Dynamics
- Proficiency in software tools such as ADAMS/Car, Nastran, Hypermesh, and Modefrontier
- Experience in using HEEDS for optimization tasks
- BTech or MTech in Engineering, preferably from an esteemed institution like IITs
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Proactive problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think critically under pressure
