Job Description
POLARIS Raumflugzeuge GmbH seeks a Rocket Engine Thermal Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) for its team. The engineer will perform thermal design and analysis, setup simulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
- Strong background in thermal conditions inside of rocket engines
- Profound understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat conduction, heat transfer and radiation
- Profound understanding of cooling channel design
- Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
- Proficiency in both German and English
