Job Description
The Cylinder Cell Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling composite cylinder cell components to precise specifications within the double insulation manufacturing segment. This role includes operating and maintaining specialized assembly equipment, performing quality inspections, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring all safety and environmental procedures are met.
Requirements
- Set up and operate equipment used for assembling composite cylinder cells
- Follow detailed shop routers, job instruction breakdowns (JIBs), and work instructions to complete assemblies to exact tolerances
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
