BD Director, Payments (Brazil)

As BD Director, Payments (Brazil), you will play a critical role in scaling Polygon Labs' onchain payments business across one of the most important global corridors, combining deep payments expertise with a strong commercial mindset to unlock new volume across Polygon Labs' payments infrastructure, particularly across Brazil–US corridors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with exposure to cross-border payments or remittances
• Strong network within Brazil's financial ecosystem (banks, fintechs, PSPs, or card networks)
• Proven ability to originate and close complex B2B or institutional deals
• Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, with working knowledge or strong interest in stablecoins and onchain finance
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through both commercial and advisory conversations
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
