Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing high-quality consumer products
- A portfolio that shows system-level thinking and attention to detail
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, plus fluency in Figma, Cursor, or V0
- Clear, thoughtful communication and ownership of design work
- Deep curiosity about markets, incentives, and the future of truth
