Job Description
ClearEngine is a strategic advisory firm seeking an Executive Assistant to support Partners across the firm and Vizcaya Ventures. The ideal candidate will be a high-functioning EA with experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior executives in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Polished written and verbal communication in English
- Proven mastery of calendar triage, stakeholder coordination, and proactive prioritization
- Demonstrated discretion and judgment handling confidential and sensitive information and processes
- Tech-savvy and fast with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Notion, and basic spreadsheet competency
