Associate – Strategy & Operations

ClearEngine is a strategic advisory firm seeking an Associate - Strategy & Operations to support project management and lead detailed analysis on client engagements. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a fast-paced start-up or corporate environment.

Requirements

• Own day-to-day delivery of client engagements, including setting and managing project plans, tracking decisions and dependencies, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and proactively surfacing risks or blockers.
• Lead structured analysis and modeling to translate complex data into clear insights, trade-offs, and recommendations that inform client decisions around growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Drive the development of client-facing deliverables, bringing analyses, narratives, and recommendations to a high level of completeness before senior review and presentation.
• Synthesize inputs across workstreams into concise, decision-oriented presentations and reports for founders, executives, and investors.
• Partner directly with client teams to drive execution of agreed initiatives, tracking outcomes and ensuring follow-through against defined objectives.
• Help codify repeatable processes, templates, and best practices to improve ClearEngine's delivery quality and scalability across clients.
