Molding - Process Technician (C Shift)

Provide day-to-day technical process support leading to injection molding process capability and reliability on the Shop Floor. Identify and drive Continuous Improvement projects leading to Molding achieving its performance targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least one year of injection molding experience
• Proven mechanical aptitude and Lean Manufacturing experience
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team
