Job Description
Pomelo Care is seeking a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients in their services. The role involves conducting outbound calls, educating patients on services, and supporting their needs through outreach and follow-up. This is a frontline ambassador position within a fast-paced startup environment focused on improving outcomes for both mothers and babies.
