Job Description
Pomelo Care is seeking a skilled Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight in optimizing outcomes for moms and newborns. This role involves overseeing medical care, conducting clinical evaluations, leading development of protocols, and providing evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. They focus on reducing preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections, and maternal mortality.
Requirements
- Active compact RN license
- Extensive obstetric experience (4+ years)
- Experience treating high-risk patients
- Passion for optimizing evidence-based care
- Experience leading teams and collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
