Staff Software Engineer, Patient Experience

Pomelo Care is a national leader in evidence-based healthcare for women and children. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction for our mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps, shaping how patients interact with Pomelo from enrollment through their entire care journey. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products, strong opinions on user experience, and a willingness to collaborate closely with product and design teams.

Requirements

• Lead the technical direction for our mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps
• Rapidly prototype and ship features in our patient mobile and web apps
• Help steer product direction for patient retention and engagement
• Mentor and grow junior engineers
• Set technical standards, architecture patterns, and development practices for patient-facing products
