Virtual Doula (California)

Pomelo Care is hiring a Virtual Doula to provide emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant parents before, during, and after childbirth via video calls, phone calls, and text messages. The role requires a skilled Doula with a minimum of 5 years of experience and certification in birth and/or full-spectrum doula care.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Doula or L&D RN
• Completed certification and training as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems
