We're looking for a Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Commercial Tire Store, driving maximum sales and profitability through effective expense management.
Requirements
- Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws
- Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits
- Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information and ensure maintenance of tools and equipment
- Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate
- Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance
- Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts
- Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp’s, OSHA, DOT)
- Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs
- Perform other duties as needed
