We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee the operations of our assigned location, drive maximum sales and profitability, and ensure effective expense management.
Requirements
- Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders
- Supervise team members and handle incidents
- Collaborate with manufacturers' reps and maintain tools and equipment
- Set sales goals, manage pricing, and report financial data
- Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance
- Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts
