Job Description
Pomp’s is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience, preferably in tire sales and services, and a valid driver’s license.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- TIA/Bandag certification
- 2+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of experience in tire sales and services
- Familiarity with MaddenCo software system
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work varying hours
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
