Professional Services Analyst – Deal Operations (CPQ & Quoting)

We are looking for a Professional Services Analyst to drive the growth of our software company. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will provide support to Sales, Enablement, and Professional Services leadership to enhance quoting efficiency and accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Quoting Support or Sales Operations.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ configuration.
• Understanding of Professional Services products, quoting workflows, and approval logic.
• Ability to analyze quote data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & communication soft skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
