Job Description
We are seeking a Quote Analyst to manage and coordinate the end-to-end quoting and Opportunity closure process. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Renewals, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations to support the creation, review, approval, and execution of both standard and non-standard Orders.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platforms and quoting automation tools
- Familiarity with contract structure, commercial terms, and order-to-cash workflows
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
