Poppulo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key product initiatives for 12 months, providing maternity cover within the Product Management team. The role is responsible for shaping product direction, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch partnering closely with engineering and design to ensure clarity, focus, and quality
- Define high-quality product requirements, user stories, and success criteria
- Define and own product roadmaps and backlog
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Lead influence and align stakeholder and cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Communicate effectively with Product leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Partner with GTM teams to define positioning, packaging, and pricing inputs
- Support successful product launches and drive adoption at scale
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and revenue growth objectives
- Drive internal enablement to ensure teams can effectively sell, support, and deliver the product
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
