Sell credit and deposits products by analyzing and determining client’s needs within the quality service established for branches.
Requirements
- Sells products assigned per month, such as: deposit accounts, credit cards, personal loans, protection plans, credit lines, certificate of deposit, IRA, commercial account and services.
- Promote cross-selling and products on campaign.
- Participate in special promotion activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service when opening accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving banking problems for customers.
- Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Quality Service Standards.
- Complete transactions/documents according to all banking regulations, including BSA/AML, and other Corporate guidelines or procedures.
