Senior Bank Representative

Responsible for performing a dual role in a branch as needed, part as Bank Representative and part as Bank Consultant or Bank Host.

Requirements

• Bank Representative: receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
• Bank Consultant: sells credit and deposits products analyzing and determining the client’s needs within the quality service established for branches.
• Bank Host: welcomes customers at branches and direct them to the appropriate service area, platform or operations. Offer customer orientation regarding banking products and services.
