Job Description
The Sales and Service Associate is responsible for selling bank products and services, rendering quality service, and processing customer transactions while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Emphasis is placed on identifying clients’ needs and delivering tailored solutions through a trust-based relationship.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Six months cash handling experience or equivalent related experience and training
- NMLS registration
- Safe Act compliant
