Porsche Lifestyle Ambassador (Part-Time, Bugis)

The Porsche Lifestyle Ambassador will support the physical retail operations of Porsche Lifestyle in the new Porsche Studio Singapore and provide a memorable and best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Assist in the physical retail store operations, including the opening and closing of the Porsche Lifestyle area.
• Manage POS transactions, online collection orders, incoming and outgoing stock management, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shopping environment at the Porsche Lifestyle area, including the fitting room and storage area.
• Assist in the set-up and visual merchandising for Porsche Lifestyle.
• Excite customers through Porsche Lifestyle brand stories and merchandise, and assist customers whenever necessary.
• Ensure positive guest relations by providing attentive guidance and assistance to all customers throughout the customer journey.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
