The successful candidate will deliver a professional, prompt and best-in-class service experience to create excitement and build trust that enables customers’ satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front-of-house reception, customer service, luxury retail, or a premium service environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented, in line with a luxury brand environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, customer-centric approach, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment and passion to delivering a premium, best-in-class customer experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed and service-focused
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive, self-driven, with a strong learning mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems and digital applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work retail shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
