Develop and review the Porsche Asia Pacific HR strategy, drive HR transformation initiatives, and manage employee compensation and disciplinary matters.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
- Good knowledge of the specific of employment law
- Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
