Job Description
The Senior Manager, HR Operations will lead the regional HR Operations function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the entire employee lifecycle, and translating ENGIE's global HR strategy into scalable, compliant, and locally relevant operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8â10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a multinational environment
- 3 â 4 years of demonstrated experience managing regional HR operations across multiple labour jurisdictions
- Strong expertise in labour law compliance in Southeast Asia; Japan experience is a strong advantage
- Advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR digital transformation initiatives
